Last updated 10 October 2026

This privacy policy covers aivideosaver.com. Our service is intentionally built on a privacy-first foundation: there are no accounts, no logins, and no user profiles.

What We Do NOT Collect

  • No user names, email addresses, passwords, or account profiles.
  • No logs of which specific videos you lookup, preview, or download.
  • No copies of video media stored on our servers.
  • No credit cards or billing information — our service is 100% free.
  • No data selling, renting, or sharing with third-party data brokers.

What is Processed, and How

Submitted Video Links

When you paste a link into our tool, that URL is transmitted to our server in memory, used to query the public media manifest, and immediately discarded once the stream link is returned. It is never recorded into a permanent database or user activity log.

Media Data Streaming

Video and audio bytes stream directly from Meta's Content Delivery Network (CDN) through to your browser. Files are not cached, archived, or saved to our disks.

Standard Server Logs

Like virtually all web hosts, our infrastructure generates basic server logs (IP address, timestamp, requested path, HTTP status code, user agent) strictly for DDoS prevention, bot defense, and server health monitoring. These transient logs are rotated and deleted automatically.

Analytics

Where website analytics are active, they are configured with strict IP anonymization and used solely to track general traffic metrics (aggregate pageviews, country distribution, browser type). Analytics scripts never receive the video links you submit.

Cookies

AiVideoSaver does not set tracking cookies or marketing cookies. We do not track you across other websites.

Third-Party Services

  • Hosting Infrastructure: Delivers the web application and manages edge caching.
  • Meta Platforms, Inc. / Snap Inc.: Serves the original public CDN media you choose to save.
