AiVideoSaver strictly respects the intellectual property rights of content creators, artists, and copyright owners. We expect all users of our service to uphold the same standards.

Nature of the Service & Content Hosting

Important Notice: We host no media content. AiVideoSaver does not upload, store, archive, index, or distribute any videos on its own servers. When a user submits a link, our utility simply reads the public webpage and routes the media stream directly from Meta's or Snapchat's Content Delivery Network to the user's browser. Nothing is saved or permanently cached on our servers.

Because the media resides exclusively on third-party servers (such as Meta Platforms, Inc.), sending a DMCA notice to the host platform (e.g. Meta or Instagram) will ensure the content is permanently taken down from the web.

DMCA Notice Requirements

If you believe that content accessible through links processed by our service infringes your copyright, you may submit a formal notification pursuant to the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512). To be effective, your notice must include:

  1. A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright interest.
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
  3. Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing (including the exact URLs of the post).
  4. Information reasonably sufficient to permit us to contact you, such as an address, telephone number, and email address.
  5. A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  6. A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner.
