AiVideoSaver respects intellectual property rights and expects its users to do the same.

What we host

We host no video content. The service does not upload, store, index, or serve copies of any video. When a user submits a link, we fetch the publicly available page from Meta's servers and stream the file directly to that user's browser. Nothing is retained afterwards, and there is no library, search index, or archive to browse.

This matters for takedowns: because the content lives on Meta's infrastructure, removing it there removes it everywhere. A notice sent to Meta will always be more effective than one sent to us, since we hold no copy to delete.

What we can do

Where a valid notice is received, we can:

  • Block a specific post ID so the tool refuses to process it.
  • Block a pattern of URLs associated with infringing material.
  • Restrict access for users who repeatedly submit infringing links.

Submitting a notice

Send notices to support@aivideosaver.com with the subject line “DMCA Notice”. To be actionable, a notice must include:

  1. A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner, or a person authorised to act on their behalf.
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
  3. The specific Meta AI post URL or post ID at issue — a general description is not enough for us to act on.
  4. Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
  5. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  6. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are authorised to act on the owner's behalf.

Counter-notices

If access to a post ID was restricted and you believe that was a mistake or a misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to the same address containing your contact details, identification of the material, and a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the restriction was an error.

Misuse of this process

Knowingly making a material misrepresentation in a takedown notice can carry legal liability under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f) and equivalent laws elsewhere. Please make sure you hold the rights you are asserting.

Repeat infringers

We will restrict access for users who repeatedly attempt to retrieve infringing material through the service.
